NISSAN LEAF HOW-TO'S How to use your Nissan ProPILOT Park

Alleviate the stress of driving. With ProPILOT Park, your LEAF helps you nab that spot, whether it’s parallel parking, pulling in forward, or backing into a space [1] [2].

How do I use ProPILOT Park? [2]

STEP 1  In the vicinity of the desired parking space, press the ProPILOT Park button once, then slowly approach and stop the car in front of the desired parking space.

STEP 2   When the system detects a spot, it gives you an audible tone and visual signal.

To park, stop your LEAF, and then choose parallel, head-in or back-in parking on the display.

STEP 3   Press the Start button while maintaining pressure on the brake pedal.

STEP 4   Push and hold the ProPILOT Park switch, and release the brake pedal to start the manoeuvre.

NOTE: You will need to continue to hold the switch throughout the manoeuvre.

STEP 5   Your LEAF manoeuvres into your chosen space – it will even activate the turn signals, the electronic parking brake, and put the shift lever in Park.

Release the ProPILOT Park switch, and you’re done!

For LEAF MY22, ProPILOT park is available as an option on Tekna grades. Other model years vary.
